1000 years of Ribe history in 1 hour

The story of Ribe's rise, development, rise and fall is fascinating and unique.

In the tour Ribe's history from 700 to 1700 you will be taken through Ribe - from the Viking Age, through the Middle Ages and up to the Renaissance.

Along the way, you'll gain insight into the city's trade, everyday life and the importance of faith. You'll also get close to a number of unique archaeological finds that tell the story of Ribe's first 1000 years.

You book the tour via the form at the bottom of the page.

The tour can be booked Monday-Friday 10am-3pm - except during school holidays.
